•Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for any services that have been paid in advance but not yet delivered within the 30-day notice period.
•Request Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@longsalesconsulting.com and provide your account details and reason for cancellation.
•Exclusions: Please note that any services already rendered or completed before the end of the 30-day notice period are non-refundable. Additionally, any third-party fees incurred on your behalf will not be included in the refund.
•Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the termination date. Please allow additional time for funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
